Beautiful and talented actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has made a shocking decision. The actress from Shakunthalam has decided to take a year off from filming. She is currently filming the romance drama Khushi co-starring Vijay Deberakonda. The film is currently in the final stages of planning and nearing completion.
Samantha also works in her web series Citadel with Varun Dhawan. The Citadel web series on Amazon Prime Video is almost complete. After completing these two shoots, Samantha will not be accepting any more films or web series. She decided to step away from cinema for several years. Samantha has not signed her new contract with either Tollywood or Bollywood.
Samantha, who is currently ill, will receive further treatment during this holiday and will make a full recovery. This would also force the Ranargstalam women to pay the producers back the advance payments related to the contracts they signed in the past. Samantha is known to have suffered from myositis for many years.
On the labor side, her last appearance was in Rudrama Devi’s Shaakhuntaram, directed by Gunasekar, but she disappointed many.
