Jackie Shroff to Karisma Kapoor, celebs celebrate International Yoga Day in their style

This year the theme of Yoga Day is ‘Yoga For Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ i.e. Yoga for the welfare of all in the form of ‘One World-One Family’

Mumbai: Bollywood stars never miss an opportunity to wow their fans with their fitness routines. From eating healthy to working up a sweat with physical activity, B-town celebrities hit the gym and take yoga classes to keep their bodies and minds fit. Many celebrities like to build strength through yoga sessions.

Several actors used their accounts to express their love for yoga on the occasion of International Yoga Day.

Madhuri Dixit posted a video on Instagram Stories of her performing Vrkshasana (Tree Pose).

While sharing this video, she wrote an inspiring message: “On International Yoga Day, we must, above all else, take care of our mental, emotional, mental and physical health, and take care of them with yoga.”

Charisma Kapoor gave his fans and followers a glimpse of how he celebrates Yoga Day.

She captioned her post, “When in doubt, reach out to her,” and shared a photo of herself in her meditation.

To celebrate this day, Aparshakti Khurana performed a version of Halasana.

With a focus on fitness and wellness, Kriti Harbanda stresses the importance of discipline in an exercise program and recommends 25 minutes of exercise and yoga asanas for both physical and mental health. I believe in taking advantage of it.

Every year on June 21st, International Yoga Day is celebrated all over the world. It serves as a platform to raise awareness of yoga’s many benefits and promote a holistic approach to physical, mental and spiritual wellness.

The concept of International Yoga Day was introduced in 2014 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his address to the United Nations General Assembly. Since then, yoga has grown in popularity around the world for its ability to improve flexibility, strength, balance and overall fitness.

The theme of this year’s Yoga Day is ‘Yoga for Vasudaiva Kutumbakam’. H. Yoga for the well-being of all people in the form of “One World – One Family”. It emphasizes the spirit of yoga that brings everyone together and participates.
